No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. In other words, any information you provide to opt-in to text messaging or any consent you give for communications will be kept strictly within Sailor Health and will not be disclosed to any external party.

• Limitations on Deletion: Please understand that there are circumstances in which we cannot fully delete all of your data. Additionally, even after we delete information from our active systems, it may remain in our backup archives or logs for a period of time until those are purged in the normal course of business. We also might have already shared your information with authorized service providers (as described above), and we may not be able to force those providers to delete information that they are legally allowed or required to retain.
