I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with over seven years of clinical experience, dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and uncover their best selves. My work primarily focuses on supporting adults as they work through personal and emotional struggles, fostering resilience and personal growth.
Throughout my career, I have successfully assisted clients dealing with anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, relationship difficulties, and self-esteem concerns. I take a compassionate, client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to each individual’s unique needs and goals.
I am passionate about empowering individuals to gain greater autonomy, develop healthier coping strategies, and enhance their overall well-being. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and equipped to make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.
How would you describe your approach to care?
My approach is empathetic, authentic and encouraging to each individual. My approach is mindfulness which includes health and wellness strategies that can help you prioritize self care and self awareness. Through supportive conversations, we navigate life’s transitions together, helping you gain clarity, confidence, and resilience. My goal is to provide a space where you have the freedom to be yourself without judgement. I strive to have each individual leaving sessions feeling heard, respected and supported.
What should be expected in the first session?
In our first session, we’ll take the time to get to know each other and discuss what brought you to therapy. This is a relaxed, supportive conversation at your pace. We’ll also talk about how therapy works, what to expect moving forward, and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful to you.
